Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Fix Nonsense Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fix Nonsense is a browser extension that modifies the appearance and behavior of third-party web applications by removing or hiding certain user interface elements. The Service operates by applying user-selected modifications to web pages as they load.

3. Account Registration

To use Fix Nonsense, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Fix Nonsense offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Allows you to enable one (1) fix across all supported applications.
• Pro Plan ($5/month): Allows unlimited fixes across all supported applications.

Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us at support@fixnonsense.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or infringe on the rights of others

7. Third-Party Services

Fix Nonsense modifies the appearance of third-party web applications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the third-party services we support (such as QuickBooks Online). Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their respective terms of service.

We cannot guarantee that our modifications will always work correctly, as third-party services may change their interfaces at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The Fix Nonsense Service, including its code, design, logos, and content, is owned by Fix Nonsense and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee that our modifications will work with all versions of supported applications.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIX NONSENSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fix Nonsense and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the extension and contacting us to request account deletion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or within the extension. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
